Our expert staff takes the time to give each of our customers the personal attention he or she deserves and are trained to find the right products for each individual. Home visits can even be arranged if someone is unable to visit us.
Accredited by ACHC, Home Assist serves Scotland, Robeson, Hoke and Richmond Counties of North Carolina as well as Marlboro and Chesterfield Counties of South Carolina.

- We are recognized by Medicare to meet the home medical equipment needs of seniors.
- Home Assist Medical Equipment, Inc. is accredited by ACHC and is a member of the Laurinburg/Scotland County Area Chamber of Commerce.
- We have been providing medical products and services to the community since 1997.
- Our qualified staff of 10 includes a Registered Respiratory Therapist, a Certified Orthotic Fitter, three Certified Fitters of Therapeutic Shoes and two Certified Mastectomy Fitters.
- Our Certified Fitters are members of either the American Board for Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics & Pedorthics, Inc. (ABC) or the Board for Orthotist/Prosthetist Certification (BOC) or both.
- We are members of the VGM Group national network of homecare providers, the North Carolina Association of Medical Equipment Services (NCAMES) and the National Association of Independent Medical Equipment Suppliers (NAIMES).
- We have over 30 years combined experience in healthcare, care giving and meeting the needs of those who need home medical equipment and services.
- Our standards require each of our associates to receive 40 hours of continuing education annually.
